Ingredients
- 2 cups Gerber oatmeal cereal
- ½ cup wheat flour
- ¾ cup grated coconut
- 60g butter
- ½ teaspoon baking soda dissolved in 1 teaspoon water
- 2 tablespoon honey (Honey should not be introduced before 12 months of age unless the spores of Clostridium botulinum have been inactivated by adequate high-pressure and high-temperature treatment, as used by industry)
- Chopped almonds or cashew nuts (optional)

Cooking Instructions

1. Mix the flour, oatmeal cereal, and grated coconut until well combined.
2. Add melted butter, baking soda solution, honey, almonds or cashew nuts into the mixture. Mix well.
3. Form them into bite-sized shapes and bake on a greased tray at 175°C for 20 minutes.
